I may be buying a 411 set for my stock 94 LT1 6 speed. What RPM differences will i see in daily use? Still friendly mileage? I am running 315/35/17's on the rear. I am hoping for better outta the hole fun but don't wanna sacrifice much RPM or mileage from the top end.

I have them (4.10s) in my GS. It just finally gives you a usable 6th gear. \
I just put in 4.11's in my '95 last month. They're a blast...feels like a totally different car.
You're gaining about a 20% mechanical advantage with the 4.11's over the stock 3.45's in M6 cars. (4.11/3.45 = 1.191) So, you're putting about 20% more torque to the rear tires...very noticeable...and RPM's for any given speed will be about 20% higher than what you see now with the 3.45's.
Mileage loss isn't bad...on the highway, I went from 25-26 mpg at 65-70 to about 24-24.5.
As Jeff mentioned, 6th is finally usable.
One nice side benefit is that the resonance that I used to have with my LT headers and Flowmasters is now gone at cruising speeds.
As for the people saying that 6th gear is finally usuable I guess I just don't understand. My car with a cam and headers will still easily pull 6th gear at 50 MPH. Sure it doesn't accelerate anywhere when I hit the gas but it doesn't buck and bog. If I need to accelerate that's what the other 5 gears are for! Just my $.02
4.10's are on my "someday" list, but not for the purposes of making 6th gear usable. Being able to cruise at 70 MPH at 1600 RPM is plenty usable in my book. 30 MPG is nice.

For me, it just means that 6th is more versatile than it was before. I can use it if I wish on lower speed secondary roads, steeper hills, more passing situations, etc.
In retrospect, I would replace the words "finally usable" with "more usable".

Did you know you can have 3.91s? I would not want anything steeper than my 3.91s. Mine is a daily driver. If you like racing a lot then 4.11s.
I've been running 4.11 gears for over 2 years as a daily driver. The gears wake up every gear, the grin factor in 1st and 2nd is huge, and the drive under normal circumstances is very comfortable. No way I would go back and in my humble opinion.. if your going to make a chage go all the way to 4.11, don't stop at a 3.91.

On street tires I found that 1st gear is unless traction wise. If I tried for max acceration, I would spin completely through 1st gear and halfway into 2nd. That is one reason I am glad I did not go to 4.11s.
Consider if your power is going to be usable with whatever gear you choose combined with your tire selection. Also think about what are your goals powerwise. Generally, the more the power you have the less gear you need.
