Tech support request - antenna mast
I've pulled the mechanism apart and removed the broken plastic, lubed 'er up, reinstalled, reconnected power, turned on the key, removed the top mast nut. According to the instructions it seems like the mast should just come out with the contact spring. Instead it appears to be hanging up inside the mechanism. The base stem of the mast seems like it has a lip that's not clearing the mechanism to get free. I haven't seen or found the 'contact spring' either. I tried pulling the whole mech back down for a closer look and see nothing obvious.
