I just had a guy call me local and said he has a New set of trickflow 195 flow/64combustion, mildly ported, comp springs,1/2 liftvalve, comp magnum rockers, angle plug heads, and he's asking 1300 for the whole deal, does that sound like a good price, I had another guy offering me AFR SAME setup-not ported,no rockers for 1195.00.
And he mentioned the perfect cam for this setup is a Magnum Comp 12-211-2.....I'm possibly going to purchase this today if you think its a good deal and worth the hp/tq in my 85 vette 4+3, also I got a superram on its way. I also posted the thread about a custom chip
