85 auto ignition timing specs and proceedure?

85 auto ignition timing specs and est proceedure?
got no sticker on the radiator support and doing a search gave me squat, so i'll have to bother the experts.
my chilton's says look on the sticker for degrees, and it also says disconnect the est. do i have an est, and if i do, how the hell do i disconnect it at the distributor?

i'm working on a getting a helms off ebay, but the problem is some people are willing to pay 65 bucks for a used one when a new one is only 80.
