Throttle body HELP!!!
Guys I need some help. I decided to do some do it yourself work and replaced my stock TB and MAF with BBK 52mm and Granatelli MAF. After making the change my idle is now around 1200 rpms. When the car is running-doesn't want to fall back on the idle stop screw, but if you manual push it back against it, it idles normally. I noticed it falls back onto the screw just fine as soon as you turn the car off and the pressure/vacuum is released. I called the tech line at BBK and explained the situation. They didn't think it had anything to do with vacuum related and suggested I place a washer on the outside of the throttle 
plate to keep it shifting from side to side and becoming stuck. I took off the TB and found it barely moves side to side and doesn't seem to be binding either. Any suggestions????

The BBK's are notorious for binding. Take if off and use some very fine emery cloth on the edges of the blades. Removing just a tiny bit should stop it from binding. Mine had the same problem.
