Default Fuel Lines + EM Headers

Has anyone had problems with the fuel lines being too close to your EM headers on an LT1? I've found some other posts with TPIS headers having that problem. I also found some Mcmaster silica tubing that resists temps up to 2300 deg F... would it be a good idea to cover the fuel lines in this stuff for some added protection?

I don't think coated headers would get hot enough to worry about but they are pretty close. I would used header wrap but unfortunatly that stuff isn't a good idea either.

the fuellines are somewhat bendable I have moved my mount points a little bit for some more room.......I have also wrapped the header pipe close to the fuel line with black header tape......I know this voids the header warr. however I live in a very wet climate and have no issues..... hope this helps......
