Default Eureka - I found sumthin

Problem #1 - On my 91, have had some challenges with the ABS (see post http://forums.corvetteforum.com/show....php?t=1022800 ), so I bought a scan tool to read the ABS codes. Flashed 1-2, 1-2, 1-2 then 7-5. Cool, now I can go somewhere. Wrong. "Lateral Accelerometer circuit This code will set when there is a short or open circuit problem in the associated circuit"
So what is / where is this lateral accelerometer circuit,
how do I check it,
how do I trace down a short or open circuit?

Problem #2 - Would not idle, seemed to be set way to low. (see post http://forums.corvetteforum.com/show....php?t=1025488 ) I took apart the throttle body, cleaned it - I don't think it had ever been done in 123500 miles - replaced the IAC and it started on the first click. Cool. But now the idle won't go below 675. The TPS at it's lowest setting is at .315vdc and highest is .585vdc. Before the lowest was .515vdc and highest was .655vdc. There is no slots on the TPS, but I can get a little adjustent. Did not bother with the WOT numbers yet. The IAC has the dual taper type pintle and was set at exactly 1 1/8" from base. Cannot find any vacuum leaks nor anything keeping the throttle open. Any ideas on how I may have screwed up? Something else to check out?
Any help on either of the problems is greatly appreciated.

On the 86 I was told it's bolted to the floor board under the dash temp control unit. Don't know about your year though.
