good question! I took both my plugs out with a hammer and chisel / vice grips. make sure you use some kind of anti-sieze on those bad boys when you put them back in because they stick, I don't know if it's the magnesium case or what the problem is.
Just had to order Redline from the local Advanced Auto because it was not an in stock item. Because of the colder weather here in Ohio, I decided to go with the Redline (a little thinner than Castrol) and not the BMW. At this point I'm not sure which is better but I'll find out.
