I have long tube hooker headers , they were on the car when I bought it. The sensor is located in number seven tube. I want to move it down to the collector but I am not sure how to wire a three wire or heated sensor into the system.
Are all three wire sensors heated?
Here are a few threads worth reading, I just did this last week on my car. Victor Russell and Nathan Plemons are both excellent sources of information on the subject
No relay needed, only a switched source of voltage. I tapped off of the windshield wiper motor feed.
Also, I don't know if you have the 4+3, but if you do,(or anyone reading this that has a manual trans) consider moving the sensor to the passenger side collector. Lots more room over there(you will need to make an extension harness-easy) and you can bleed the clutch easier.
I put my heated O2 over there. Way better!
In "tech tips" , there is a tip with the part numbers.

The collector is a better location for the sensor since it would then be able to sample exhaust from four cylinders rather than just #7.
The Bosch 13190 comes with three wires, two white and one black.
The black goes to the original 02 wire that goes to the ECM
One white goes to ground and the other to a switch 12 volt source; doesn't matter which white wire goes where.
I first installed mine to the wiper motor, but later found that when the wipers were "ON" in intermittent mode, voltage to the sensor would drop and the engine would drop out of closed loop.
I've since wired mine to a relay mounted on the outer fender well. I tested that relay with a test light and it's only hot with the ignition key in the "RUN" position, but not in the "Accessory" position, which is what you'd want.
