Try resetting (clearing) the ECM codes by disconnecting the battery for a count of ten. Go for a test drive and check the codes again to be sure this is the current code.
The resolution could be as simple as replacing the MAF power and burn relays at about 10 bucks each. Replacing the MAF is a tad bit more expensive for 80 to 110 bucks depending on where you find one. But now is not the time to start throwing parts and money at the code.
BTW, IF the engine quits and doesn't want to run, pull the MAF connector plug and try to get her started. This will cause the limp home mode to engage and you'll be able to drive her home rather than suffering the "tow".
