I was amazed how my coated hookers actually reduced temps. I was worried headers would increase underhood temps but you can actually touch them after only about 8-10 minutes of turning engine off. Never could touch the stock manifolds that soon. I remember having to wait like 45 mins for stock manifolds to cool just to change plugs.
