Posessed horn

My horn sounds when I turn the steering wheel. There is no horn button on the steering wheel right now. Has anyone else experienced this?

Not in my vette, but in my daily driver cavalier (which uses basically the same horn setup)...

I have yet to figure out why.

I have a cavalier too- but have not experienced it with that car. I'm trying to figure out if I have to tear apart the steering column.
