Roots for LT1, Oh Moma!

http://forums.corvetteforum.com/show....php?t=1015727
I made one along time ago, since then have made 2-3 others. I'm selling them for $1300 for a powdercoated bare kit. Supply your own $500 blower off a lighting on ebay, fuel rails (stock Lt1's work for this), injectors, and fuel pump and your up and running.
MPE is selling thiers for 4-5K.

Thanks,
After knocking out a few other cars on the dyno friday i strapped mine on. I was able sorta compare the aftercooled t-trim to the eaton.
The eaton made a hair more (455) torque and kept it the entire pull. It only made 390rwhp (about 8psi or so)
The vortech made 450 rwtq but I completelly ran out of fuel at about 4000rpm. I have a few clues as to what may have happened.. 1. either the booster pump or the intake pump is failing or 2. One of my fuel lines isn't in a great position due to the aftercooler being all over it. It may be getting pinched or kinked when everything is buttoned up.. I'm going to build a couble that plugs into the fuel rail, adds about a foot then plugs into the stock fuel lines.
I hate to admit it but I think one of the pumps is going bad. This car is very mean on the street and has never ran out of fuel before. (via on board wideband)
At even only at 4000 rpms the car made 400rwhp on a pretty much stock cam, very mildly ported heads, moderate compression Lt1.
Oh and btw.. the 15psi pulley is in the trunk.. Its a mean **** with that on.. hehe
Cliff notes
Aftercooled vortech makes more HP, and about the same tq
Eaton cost way less, makes instant torque and still a good amount of HP.
Aftercooled T-trim has way more potential with boost.. eaton peaters out at about 13psi before heat takes a hold
