How do I remove...
...the passenger side A/C vents in my 96? I assume you have to remove the "kick plate", which I tried to do once with little luck (using the grab and pull like a **** method), and then unscrew the vent.
Mine is rattling like a sombish, and I'd like to add some rubber washers or weatherstripping-ish material behind it to quiet the interior ride down some.

PS - Oh, and another one... How do I remove the black plastic piece all the way to the front and center of the dash? You know, the one with the little black dome in it? I dropped a radar detector bracket suction-cup through the vent, and need to fish it out...

According to Helms, there should be two screws in the center vent.(on the passenger side)
For the center vent with the R2D2 in it, Helms says to pry up on rear edge of grille to clear tabs from upper trim pad and tip forward.
I haven't tried my self yet, so you'll have to let me know if that woks.
