you might try C4Tech...unless youve got turbos. Corsa is the quietest exhaust(no resonance, but loud under WOT), but the forum is split 50/50 on the sound. Thats a personal thing.
He doesn't have turbos but a Procharger. B&B three inch system with x pipe is got to up there with the best. Corsa is awesome but is only two and a half inch system. B&B is one of the loudest though.
Those 2 requests can't co-exist. You can either have a decent performing exhaust with minimal resonance OR you can have the best exhaust with resonance. It's just what you can live with. I have had flowmaster, Borla and B&B. B&B is by far the best off the shelf exhaust you can get as far as performance is concerned, but it is also the loudest and most resonance producing one there is. Corsa is the best so I hear for not making the resonance, but I personally do not like the sound(completely up to you though). And like mentioned its only a 2.5 system. Also all the sounds of each system change depending on whether or not you are running long tubes and or cats. Cats always help for reducing noise, and generally do not hurt performance(if using a good hi-flow design)
I honestly don't believe there will be any real gain with aftermarket catbacks. It's about the sound. f you want quiet, your best off keeping your stock system. It will do just fine until you start making very big hp #'s. By then you'll be more concerned with the restrictions from the cats, etc. If your looking for ways to make more power, get a smaller pulley or some alky injection.
