Is there a C4 fixed headlight kit?
As part of my spring weight reduction excercise I'm looking to remove the stock rotating headlights and add some sort of fixed headlight kit.
I've seen mention of such a kit on other threads, but didn't see any pointers to who makes / sells one.
Can anyone suggest where I might get one?

You can have a custom and more aggressive look for your C4 with Breathless Performance's new non-popup headlight system. Includes brackets made from 60-61 aircraft aluminum with DOT-approved low beams mounted using a bubble level for adjustments. CATS performance high beam lights, and headlight tubs manufactured of ABS with a tough acrylic molded lens cover. Allow 20 minutes to remove the original headlights and about 1-2 hours to install the new pre-mounted system. Low beam wattage is 130, with high beam wattage rated at 280.

There was a post about this in the General Questions forum a while back. I'm planning on buying the kit from C5West.com. Their headlight kit has the double bubble look. See pic but try to ignore all the other mods. I know.....it looks like Shrek.

Since this is a track car, I'm not as concerned with the looks (as long as it doesn't look stupid, of course, I don't want the 911 driver to laugh when I come up behind him quickly) as the weight...ever weigh the stock HL assembly? Cripes, it's a boat anchor.
I think I'm going to rig something up with the running lights in the bumper. Perhaps stick some hi-intensity lights in there and just cap off the current light locations.
I'll post some pics if I go this route and anyone's interested. Probably not OK for a street car, but should get me what I need. Won't be able to illuminate very far in front of the car, though.
