Default Crankcase ventilation mods on modified LT1s?

Has anyone found a need to do this on modified street LT1s? If so, why and what did you do? I know how to do a race set-up but would prefer not to get that radical, hopefully. I'm still running stock '95 valve covers and would prefer to not modify (cut) them but would if necessary. Haven't really seen that much on this subject here and would appreciate all thoughts. I'm making around 425 CHP with 11.3 CR and the heads flow around 275 CFM at the maximum lift of my cam which is .525". Thanks.

It may be different as I'm supercharged but I had to run my vent hose right behind my MAF sensor which is now in the passenger side light cavity... I was having a problem where it was blowing oil out the dipstick tube, this resolved that problem ...

Some folks use the vacuum pumps as well...

hopethis helps ,

Are you having trouble with it? I'm still running the factory setup which purges the crankcase of all the crap and re-burns it. True it's probably not the best for performance, but my oil thanks me for it.

Well I'm not sure Nathan. My engine's only 11K miles old. It seems as if my rear seal may be leaking a little bit, the valve cover grommets seep a little and they've been replaced too, so I was thinking the PCV system might be inadequate for the engine mods. Maybe I'll try replacing the PCV valve again. It's an AC Delco but you never know. Thanks fellas.
