Default Anything to do when the Plenum is off?
Taking it off this weekend to clean it up, and find whatever it is under it that is spewing coolant all over my engine.

I've got a dremel, maybe I should port it.

I'd probably port it. You won't see much of a gain, but its free.

Definately get rid of the ridges that are on the leading edge of the runners. Probably not worth much, but it certainly won't hurt.

I hope I dont have to replace teh gaskts. I probably should, but meh. I dont want to spend any more money on this thing.

I wonder what cuold be leaking though? I wonder if the manifold is cracked...

Default with the plenum off
you can get right at the egr and fpr, at least on my '85 you can.
