From what I've gathered, the exhaust on the LT1 flows pretty well as-is. Now, if you want your exhaust to sound different, there are a few varieties of cat back systems and stand alone mufflers (Borla, Corsa, Power Effects, Magna Flow, Tubi... no wait... err...). In twenty minutes you will probably have 20 different opinions on this topic.

I have asked this Question many times on this site as well as others.
You will get "many" opinions on the Question,
In my opinion without spending a lot of $$$, you will probably be better off on going with "Muffler Eliminators" Price $ 170/200.
I have them and a lot of my club members have them with "0" complaints.
