Torque Specs? Help

Does anyone know the Torque Specs for the bolts attaching the runners to the intake manifold and the plenum? The Helms manual give the specs for everything else, but can't seem to find those.

I've never found a spec on that, so I just go with 20# and re-check the bolts several times to make sure they're holding that torque.
