I was thinking of replacing my GS-C's with the new Goodyear F1 GS-D3. Anyone have any experience with them?

They got pretty high marks at the Tire Rack website user review area but then Car and Driver thought they were too noisy and rode rough on their long term Lancer Evo VIII.

I am looking for a good all weather tire that is quieter/rides better than the GS-C's but provides good wet/dry traction.

I have been thrilled with the performance of my F1 GS D3's versus the orignal Gatorback's they replaced.....

I've only had them for a couple thousand miles, but I love the Eagle F1 GS-D3s. They ride very smooth and are quiet. I'm sure you'd be very happy with them for what you're looking for (wet/dry capability, smooth and quiet).

Last fall I replaced my 5yr old GSCs with GY Eagle Ultra HP Plus and am quite happy with the results.

Over the winter they had good snow traction and today at Raceway Park they had good hook properties.

I just bought them at TireRack.com , got to mount 'em yet, I'll let you know! Heard all good things about them, plus I like they way they look, and I went to 17x11's in the rear, thats why I got them! (2 275/40s up front, 2 315/35's for the rear, $973.00!!!)
