A/C Electrical problem...
My AC on my 93 quit blowing cold last week. The green lights on the controls are blinking when I start the car up...but eventually quit blinking, and just stay on. A few people on the forum have said that if the light is blinking, then you're low on freon....but I took it by the dealership yesterday to a buddy that works there...and they checked it out for me for like 10 or 15 minutes at no charge, just to try and let me know what was wrong...but couldn't find anything right off the top. The freon was full, he checked all the fuses, they were all good, and it wasn't the compressor. He figured it was an electrical problem somewhere along the line.
But I'll have to drop the car off for a day or two to have them tear into it to find the problem. I plan on leaving it with them tuesday and wednesday while I'm out of town.
My question is, does anyone know what it might be? just so I have an idea when I go in there tuesday.

Here's your original thread. I posted the procedure to see if any error codes have been set by the AC programmer.
You need to examine Parameter -00

ECM error codes 66,67,68 and 69 will also disable the AC.
To examine ECM error codes, short Pin A to B. Turn the ignition on (don't start the engine). Look at the Service Engine Soon light.
If the Service Engine Soon light only shows a Blinking 12, there are no errors stored.
Example 12 would look like this, Blink pause Blink Blink
12 will blink 3 times and any error codes 3 times.
66 would look like this Blink, Blink, Blink, Blink, Blink, Blink pause, Blink, Blink, Blink, Blink, Blink, Blink there is a long pause between each error code.
Diag. connector above driver side knee looks like this.

Disconnecting the battery will clear any error codes.
