I run the MT Streets on my 86.
16/28 tall and I do run the tubes $58.00 each at jeg's.
Don't forget the baby powder inside the tire to keep them from sticking to the tire.
I run the 15 inch tube with the tire so the wheel will not pinch the tube when installing them.Works great just watch the 60' times.
I do have to say these tires are ugly, everyone calls the car the road warrior.
I run the 26x11.50x17 et streets and they do not use a tube. On this size I contacted ET Street and they do not recommend a tube for that size. Dont know if this is the size you are using or not. By the way, if they sit for a few weeks they need to be aired up again.
I run 26x11.5x16 ETs and I run 15 lbs w/no tubes w/o problems. I've gone as low as 12lbs w/o tubes but it makes me nervous as the car gets really wobbly at the top end of the track.
I talked to a buddy about yesterday on this. He said that there is some stuff that you wipe on the inside of the tires that keeps them from loosing pressure over time. Will post back on this at a later date.
