ABS Removal?
Has anyone removed the ABS system from their 89 ? I really don't want to get rid of it but I removed it for roll cage and modifications to the car and I'm wondering if it's as simple as just plumbing the Master cylinder to the wheels via adjustable proportioning valve to get rid of the ABS?

I pulled mine off when doing my Ford 9" project. I had no choice. I actually did mine without a proportioning valve. I just "T" the lines so the brakes get equal pressure. This is the same way Hooked Up did his. I have had no problems with the brakes doing it this way.
