1990 Dash problems
Just got done with my winter projects for the 'vette. Went out to drive it a couple times. Here's the problem:
The digital part of the dash is screwed up. It has half the digits...where like the top and bottom half of a five is burned out, and half the display is missing, but in no order....know what I mean? Like when you press on a calculator screen, parts of the numbers will disappear. However, occasionally the whole screen will blank out.
But, sometimes when I drive it for a while, all of a sudden everything will work. Full display, speedometer and fuel works, instant MPG....everything functions. The speed even changes so it's not like it's frozen. Then it might work for a while, blank out, or get stuck on one speed.
It's infuriating, anyone know what the hell might be up with it? Pinched wire, something?

Keep in mind you need the LCD for only the 90-91 the 92-96 will not work
