Has any one had any problems with HEADER CLEARANCE, specifically EM's,
TPIS, etc.? I've seen some pixs on the forum that suggest a few of these
headers might occasionally scrape the ground on the sometimes
"bumpy ride" at various speeds. Thanks.

None at all with the EM's on my LT1. The only thing you have to do for clearance is reverse the drivers side motor mount bolt.

What's up with the "reversing of the drivers side motor mount"? Anyone
have any pixs? I don't have a clue! I haven't heard this mentioned at all
in the past on the forum. THANKS.

Not specifically the motor mount, but the bolt that runs through it and attaches it to the frame. All you have to do is remove the bolt and nut, reverse the bolt direction and put the nut back on (torquing to proper specs of course).
It's a piece of cake and well worth it to run these headers.
