Default Wheel Bearing

hey guys, quick question, I'm putting a new front bearing on my 84. As you know its all one assembly. Is there any special tools or tips that I need to know before i start?

I never replaced the front, but after you start and should you need assistance, I'll open the Helms for you!

Front bearings are pretty simple, at least they were on my 88

Remove caliper and roter, take out the hold down bolt on the ABS sensor, pull the sensor

There are 4 bolts holding the bearing assembly in, remove, replace and repeat above

Yup, it's straightforward.

To remove the bearing bolts, there's a bigger hole in the flange, so just turn it to the right place to fish out all 4 bolts.

Mine were pretty corroded, since they hold steel & alum together. A little antisieze between those surfaces or on the bolts wouldn't be a bad idea.
