Default muffler eliminators

hey guys......i have a 95 vert 6 speed, no mods........thinking about getting the eliminators, just wanna know how loud they are.and will it affect how the car runs as far as less back presssure and the idle?.....thanx fellas

Muffler elims sound awesome if you want that loud muscle car feel. I have found them to be coool for a period of time, but if you are in the car for any length of time, it makes your ears ring a bit. Otherwise, go for it. The stock mufflers are the only thing that kills the stock exhaust system... if you are interested, I know someone who will be getting rid of a set of elims here very soon. (for the reasons stated above). And he found an awesome deal on Magnaflows. If you want, I'll find out when they are going to come available and put you first in line.

I have them on mine and I don't think they are that loud at all . I also have TPIS Longtube headers and Random Tech high flow cats ....I say go for it !

I had them and loved the sound, but wanted a little quieter so I went Magnaflows. They sound great. The elims are for sale.

I have muffler elims and I love them! sound bad azz!!!

wasnt loud enough for me so... I but LTs put them on still wasnt loud enough... so I took out cats and replaced the resanator with an x pipe... so I am running straight pipes and I love them!
