Front isn't really that bad, just do one side at a time & pay attention to how things go together. I used a bench top press from Harbor Freight. It was a PITA but I made it work. Rear I used a full size press at a friends work for the bat wing. Go w/ the graphite impreg. bushings if you haven't bought already & lightly sand the moving surfaces. That exposes the graphite & gets rid of the shiny casting surface. Otherwise you will get squeeks after a year or so. Had that in my V8 vega & hated it.
They should come w/ little tubes of silicon grease... some of the stickies freakin stuff I've every seen. It takes solvent to clean it off anything you get it on that isn't intended to have it... which it will... I think that is Murphy's law #506.
A hydraulic press is a must. Use lots of the supplied grease. Oh and allocate about a weeks worth of time to do it. Also if you don't have a lift be prepared for your back to ache for about a month after you do it.
