C5 seats in a C4 ???

IMHO I not a fan of the C5 seat I love the C4 sports seat , but to answer your question .I have seen the C5 seats in a C4 here on the forum . Just dont remember if it was a late or early model C4 ...do a search .

It would be a question of the width of the seat. The C5 seat base appaers to be wider than the early C4 seats so if there is not enough space availabe to get the C5 base to fit, it won't be easily doable.
The chances are that the mounting bolts in the floor pan are not spaced the same either.

The C4 seat track needs to be retained. As the seat is a bit wider and will interfere with the parking brake handle. The C4 track will raise the C5 seat up enough to clear.
The issue next is if you are tall, the excess height will put your head up against the roof panel, and forget about using a helmet.
