Crossfire doesn't seem to be getting fuel

Today, I wanted to start it up and take it out for a bit. I thought about taking the coil wire off and cranking for a bit just to prime some oil through it, but finally decided it would crank a little on it's own anyway and just let it be.
Well, it did crank on it's own... and cranked, and cranked...
From what I can tell, it's not getting fuel. I had a friend with me and pulled the air cleaner to watch the throttle bodies and I see no fuel sprayed when the pedal is pumped.
If I pour a little fuel down the throttle plate, the motor will kick off, but doesn't start as it burns it off quick and isn't getting any more.
What types of things can I check for that might be causing this?
My first thought was to pull the fuse panel cover and make sure the fuel pump fuse was ok. I got that far, but I can;t find my shop manula and don't know which fuse I'm looking for. Also, aren't there two fuses for teh pump? A primary and a secondary? Where is the secondary located?
