1990 code 44 keeps coming up
code 44 keeps coming up it is a "lean oxygen indication - oxygen sensor voltage stays low after one or two minutes of engine run" i put in a new oxygen sensor and a throtle posisioning sensor and it still comes up but i pulled out the a spark plug and it was very black and it smells like it is running too rich you guys have any idea what is wrong.
