I have a 93 vette.I have rebuilt to engine to 383.put a 
big cam in it
242/248 at .50.I can't get it to run.What type of scanner can I buy,that is best for this car?I want to be able to find problem and correct them.I also want to burn a chip for it.

Thats a big cam for a first time DIY prom project. Its a good thing that its got some extra cubes to calm it back down.
