Default LT1 Water Pump Drive
How do you remove the LT1 water pump drive from the block without the GM tool? Does the entire bearing assembly pressed into the block come out as one or is the shaft supposed to come out of the bearing? Its all I have left to get the block ready for the machine shop. Thanks!

If the intake manifold is off, you can easily knock it out from the back.

Don't forget to check the freez plugs behind the cam sprocket .
See it they have tiny holes in them.
Replace them with the same.
I would replace the gear and shaft for the water pump.
