leaking pcv valve...

after i cleaned up my valve covers on my 86 i noticed a couple of days later the drivers side is covered in oil again. it is coming from the pvc valve. is there any ay to fix this? it is not a major problem, not that much leaks out, but i would like for the covers to stay clean. would replacing the valve help at all?

It depends on EXACTLY where it's leaking. The odds are that the grommet has become hardened from heat and age. Check the grommet before you buy anything.
