Default '95 383 project, tuning tips needed.

Final comp. ratio w/58cc 10.8

For now the stock heads which have been ported and gasket matched to an LT4 intake will be used.

Comp Cams 276HR-12 full roller setup with 1.6 ratio rockers.

The basic questions are...

Are the stock injectors fine? I think they are.
Would an LT4 knock sensor and module be necessary?
What problems can be expected in the stock tune with this combo?

Any other advice?

I make a WOT run and look at the duty cycle, it should not reach much more than 80-85% (if playing safe). If A/F ratio etc are all fine I think the injectors are big enough. If you are close to 100% your injectors might be too small or you might have some other problem.

Seems fairly common to use the LT4 knock module if running with roller rockers, I have no experince with this myself though.

I strongly recommend a "custom" chip. Eg, often strokers require less spark advance. You might get some knock problem with stock SA tables. Not sure about the LT1 but in my case (L98, $8D) you must change engine displacement in the chip, I think this is important!

Hope this helps!
