TPIS ZZ9 Requirements?
On a stock block 113 headed L98 , what would be the minimum intake mods to run a ZZ9 cam?
Have headers.
What would be optimum intake setup.
No recommendation on TPIS site.

The choking points to get the most from the cam will be:
-stock exhaust
-stock heads
-stock manifold
-stock runners
I would say a big mouth base, Large Tube Runners, and better heads would be a step in the right direction.
I am using a ZZ9 on my miniram motor and it runs well

Use PN 700-132 from TPiS
The Springs I am using came with the heads when I bought them so they are what ever CNC Heads in Florida use when they build them..
I have Stage 3 Heads from there...

TPIS has the ZZ-9 cam, 87cc AFR heads, Big Mouth manifold and large tube runners (complete top end system, pushrods, timing chain, roller lifters, but no throttle body or chip) for $3,900 or $4,100 with Mini-ram, for L-98's.
