Default No spark.

Car wount start.

I got fuel pressure.
Fuel pump goes on when ignition is turned on ( not starting the car )
I used TTS datamaster to look at the censor values. IAT,MAP, TPS looks good, "idle rpm" looks funny , reads 3800rpm. BUT perhaps that is something that correct it self when the car actual starts, i dunno.
Injectors open ( got fuel on sparkplugs ).

Is there any fusuable links, or "hidden" fuses to the ingition system?

Could it be VATS, bad ECM?

cheers..

I'm still not certain if you've determined whether or not you have spark. Have you checked to see if you've got spark at your plugs? If you don't, then how about coming off the coil?

What I have done is to connect my timinglight at no1 sparkplugwire, then crank the engine and watched the light. No spark.
How can I check spark direct from the coil?

thanks for helping..

I've never thought of using a timing light actually, but I don't see why it wouldn't work. The only downfall I can think of is if you had a weak spark the timing light might not pick it up, but I'm not sure. Just go ahead and clamp the light to the wire going from your coil to the optispark. Also, I'm sure you've already done this, but just make sure your related fuses are good. Coil fuse I guess is the only one that comes to mind at the moment. Beyond that, you use a voltmeter to check your ignition module, but I can't remember which pins on the connector to check.

Are they any hidden fuses or fusable links?
