Dumb horn Q

When I press the horn I can hear the relay click behind the dash but no horn.
Any ideas or simple fixes befor I start pulling apart stuff?
Its on an '86 C4.

Where is the horn fuse on an '86 C4?
I dont think the fuse because the horn kinda died a slow death.
