I think I have a brake problem. When I step on the brakes they feel like they are hitting a stop and the car is only slowing to a stop. If I hit them hard car still only slows to a stop. When I am coming to a slow stop and press harder the pedal goes no farther and the car does not stop quick. Also, if I step on the brake and step on the trottle the car moves. I have replaces the booster. Any help, pleeaassee. It is a 90 coupe with 127,000 miles.

Could be a couple things: mushy brake lines, low brake fluid (usually accompanied by a noise), tighten the rod in the back of the master cylinder (thanks to a recent post, now where the hell is it...), new pads, rotor has been turned too many times... could be a lotta things...
There is a picture on the second page. I didn't have anyone to help so I used a sponge mop to push the pedal so I could grab the rod with vice grips. As SPEED750 said, start with about 1 1/2 to 2 turns out and make sure you don't over adjust.
