Default Broken Bolt on Rear Shock Bracket

One of the Two bolts holding the rear shock bracket on my 89 busted in half . What's next?
Get a drill and drill out the rest of the stud?
Sell the car?
Any suggestions?

Thanks,

Hmmm, well there are drill bits you can purchase which drill into the stud easy, however when it comes time to loosen to the left, the bit "bites" into the metal and acts as an extenstion of the stud. Check around, that's the only thing that come to mind now.

Is there anything left sticking out? visegrips and heat (torch)

Is it flush? easyout.

Yes, completelt flush, and no access from the back.

I have drilled out studs before with counterclockwise drill bits.

Just was hoping somebody had an answer.

Didn't look like you could stick a torch on it. The fiberglass wheel well is close on the other side.
