Default Nightmare over

Got my Dynaspark and HB today and did the deed( too bad it is raining) took about 1 1/2hrs to install everything. The vibration Is better but still there intermitantly unfortunately. Going to start looking at the torque converter and various things under the hood. On the upside it runs great and I did not realize that Dynaspark rebuild costs $35 if you ever need it in the future so the extra money you pay for it can be considered insurance coverage for future failures.

I am beginning to wonder if it really was the HB and because it was flakey for so long it did some internal damage to the engine because as I said it IS better with the new damper on just not gone. I have to say that the Venture products HB is a quality one. My OEM had 6 holes drilled in it and 1 weight, the Venture had 1 very shallow hole drilled on it with no weights indicating it was pretty close to balanced from the gitgo. The Dyanspark is very nice too I got one that was silver not painted red ,can't see it anyway, and the instructions were very good. The hoses came with good clips to keep them away from the pulleys all in all a very fine product IMHO. Went driving around in the rain including some serious water and everything is purring. The engine does seem to idle a bit better too.Now on to the RD racing cross bar.......

My mechanic called today and I gave him the lowdown on the screw ups he made and he was humble. He is really a painter anyway and is going to give me a just about free paint job so I guess we might kiss and make up
