Tachometer going CRAZY
Went out for a spirited drive tonight and at the top of second gear I started getting a really bad missing and surgung. I got out of the throttle and slowed down...when I went to get backup to speed, It kept surging and I noticed the tach jumping around like crazy!
Pulled codes, got code 41, 44, and72
code 41 is in there because of the ICM fiasco and I did't clear it
44 is the left O2 sensor is dead
but what is a code 72???

as for the tack, tach filter is failing,, these are non existant anymore, but if you like you can build one, or find a used one.

Well I tried to start it up toaday and it was DOA. how embarassing.
cleared the codes, tried again...no-go
checked the codes
code 41 -EST code
pulled ICM and took it to parts store for testing.... tests good.
what is that crap?
