Clogged air ducts
I have the darndest luck with my 85. I am positive that I have a mouse nest in my heat ducts somewhere. I know this because when I took the car out of storage there was evidence blowing out the ducts. Yuck, I know! I cleaned and vacuumed thoroughly and the next day I get "stuff" blowing out the defroster again. I set a trap and got the critter. A week later no more "stuff" blowing around, but when on heat only, I get more air out the defroster than the regular heat ducts to the floor. Anyone have an idea of where to start?

It will make a mess but it might work.
You will need shop Vac hose ,a leaf blower, and some tape.
See where I'm headed? blow out the vents. Hell it's worth a try.

you got to put decon in the garage to get them, the'll make a mess of your wiring,,they got to knaw constantly to keep there teeth down(they constantly grow) thell ruin your car in no time. they got into my dads 5th weel trailer one winter and messed the thing up bad.they come out to eat and like to run around the perimeter walls. so leave the traps along the walls..peanut butter on spring traps works good and the problem with decon is they will eat and go back in the car and die, so maby the spring traps would be your best bet
