Custom SP Manifold v MR?
MR is expensive down here ,SP is cheaper option if it will achieve same / better results.
Sell me on one or the other.

I think you will be very happy with the SP. It really the best of both worlds. Medium runner length that falls right between the MR and SR.
Talk to 85vett he just put one on his 383 and has been licking off new bests all year long - in worse weather than his previous bests.
I'd much rather have a single plane, than a MR or LT1/4 style intake.

Question is where does one buy one if they don't have a good enough machine shop locally to make it, or trust the local machine shop anyway.
You will have to contact Jeb, and have him make you one. We worked on this about 2 years ago and there are pictures and posts with documented results from the setup.
There are too many thing to account for that a local shop will not know - and you will have problems. Its a lot trickier than you might imagine to get everything perfect. Even with the several Jeb has done there are still some hickups to work through. But when do you ever buy something and it bolts up no problem.
What's superior with the SP is that it isn't AT ALL camshaft sensitive like the SR and MR are... The MR has reversion problems with large camshafts (ask Tom Wong) and the SR just simply doesn't like huge cams because it can't physically support the rpm they're designed to run... Both the SR and MR are excellent manifolds that do exactly what they're designed to do, but there are better alternatives.
