Default starting over, need advice

well got the car back from the shop today the guy could not find a cause for the stumbling at take off while the heated o2 is plugged in. but runs fine but rich with the o2 unplugged. also while the o2 is plugged in i can move the butterflies incremental towards wot and the motor will starve all the way. or i can move it straight to wot and it will stumble then rev like its suppose to. i think this time around the next money i spend will be on chip work. i keep reading about ed wright. i think iv down loaded their spec ( check off ) sheet before but i had trouble coming up with all the data needed. what do yall suggest for chip work and the required specs. the car is heavily modified `90 6speed 383.

You'll probably get more responses on the Scan and Tune board. Those guys specialize in the PROM mods a modified engine needs.
