the manufacturer (and seller) is OE Wheels in Sarasota Florida you can call them direct to order instead of going through Ebay. There are a lot of people on the forum who have wheels from this company.

You might want to check out this site. Some of their prices seem pretty good... I don't know anything about their quality or reputation.
