Help with a code 33
I have a 89 coupe with auto trans.
I am getting a code 33, the engine is running rough and surging.
I decided to replace both MAF relays with new relays, no joy.
I then followed the code 33 trouble shooting chart on page 6E3-A-41 in my shop manual. Everything is checking okay, at step 4 I get 5 volts on terminal C (4-6) is good. All the connections are good it is pointing to the MAF sensor as being bad. My question is how often is the MAF sensor the problem with a code 33? Thanks to anyone who can assist.
