Maybe someone has installed the polyurethane bushings, which tend to be squeaky. Try hitting them with a little silicone spray.
If it's the sway bar bushings you could relpace them with the Energy Suspension polygraphite units and use lots of silicone grease on installation. I've had these on my IROC for 7yrs and no squeaks.

Remove your spring retainer brackets and grease the hell out of em.
Solved my 2 year creaking noise.
