Last year I went to a local strip fore the first time on a test and tune day
And was immediate hooked. The next time I took my race license
On my first race I got banned because I was on street tires.
“One of the big team in that race was afraid of a local guy in a
Camaro also on street tires. So all cars on street tires was banned.”
In the next and final race for the season I manage to be no1 in qualifying
And WON my class.” In this race no one on street tires got banned”

So the whole winter I saved ALL my money to be able to buy a DANA 44.
That would enable me to use slicks if needed. I know my DANA36
Wouldn’t live to long if I started to use slicks.

So after contacting lot of different companies I finally
decided to place the order at vettepartsonlin.com “The guy really seemed to know everything about DANA-44
And was quick to reply whit answers to all my questions”

This is where my trouble began. He promised my a 1 week
Delivery time after 3 weeks and he still couldn’t give me my tracking nr:
I asked for a refund. Guess what I didn’t get any refund.

After some research I found that he has a history of customer complaints.
Everything from sending wrong or used parts to not sending anything.

So my advice would be to NOT doing business whit Vettepartsonline.com
And if you have had any trouble whit this company to file a complaint se a bow links
or file a complaint at paypal if you used them.

I feel your pain....

These guys have been ripping people off under various names for quite a long time. Just as they get into trouble, they reappear under a new name. Bastards.

They are physically in West Palm Beach County, the city of Boynton Beach, FL.

A few suggestions:

1) Write a detailed letter, outlining the entire fraud, and, any other instances of fraud to:
a) Your local United States Representitive
b) The US rep local to Boynton Beach
c) The Mayor and Police Chief of Boynton Beach
d) The state representitive to Boynton Beach
e) The Florida State Attorney General

Write the letter to the Police Chief, and CC the rest. This level of fraud is worthy of prison time.

It's also the continued pattern of fraud.

It must stop.

Post a request throughout the forum, all generations, asking for information regarding fraud by them. Also, post a similar question on www.digitialcorvettes.com, www.corvetteactioncenter.com, www.corvetteforums.net and www.domesticmisfits.com.

Contact the NCRS and the NCCC. See if they have any records of fraud. NCRS has a forum.

This will require leg work, but you can end this pattern of abuse. If they offer a refund for items paid, so you stop this attack, say no. I know it won't be easy, you were ripped off for several thousand dollars, but this is now a crusade to end their criminal behaviour. Period. You more then likely would still get money, but if not, you would have the undying gratitude of Corvette owners all over the USA and Canada.
